What design or logo are we using for your custom embroidery order?

With custom embroidery, the first step is to set up the design as an embroidery file. The price to set up the design will range from $15 to $65, depending on the details and size of the design. Larger orders will not be charged a set-up fee. The setup fee is a one-time charge. We will keep the file for future orders. Colors in the design do not affect the cost of embroidery. However, an important factor in quoting embroidery projects is how many stitches are in the design. The more stitches in a design, the longer it takes for the embroidery to be completed. Embroidering in more than one location increases your cost as well.

You can order one more embroidery item after your order has been completed. However, the price of a single embroidery item will not be the same as the order with a larger quantity. Contact us for a quote, production time, and details for any additional orders.

With custom embroidered hats, there is no minimum quantity requirement.  However pricing is better in larger quantities when it comes to custom embroidered caps. 

Your embroidery order was custom-created just for you. Because it was a customized order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a defect in your order, we will repair or replace the item within seven business days of receipt.

It depends. When do you need the order completed? Let us know when you need the order completed, and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline. Ideally, we need 10 business days. This gives us time to order the product, set up the design, and embroider the order. However, depending on the current workload and the availability of the items in your order, we can often complete orders in less time.
