Create Your Design
There are several ways to create a design for your order.
1. Let our in-house art department create the perfect design for your customized embroidery order. We offer a wide range of graphic design services.
2. Use the Design Studio to create the art for your project. You can upload your own designs or edit the designs, fonts, and clip art provided at the design studio.
3 Search over 25,000 design templates under the Design Inspiration tab. Each of these templates can be personalized for your project.
How much does custom embroidery cost?
We would love to work on a quote for your next customized embroidery apparel project. Each project’s pricing varies. To get a quote, we need a few details listed below. Or fill out the GET A QUOTE Form on the home page.
- How many items are in your order?
Quantity is important when creating a quote. The more items in your order, the less the cost per item.
- What garments are in your order?
Not all apparel is created equally. Apparel comes in a variety of styles, brands, and price ranges. To find the perfect garment for your project, search our online catalogs under the SHOP PRODUCTS tab on the website, visit our storefront, or contact us for assistance.
- What design or logo are we using for your custom embroidery order?
With custom embroidery, the first step is to set the design up as an embroidery file. The price to set up the design will range from $15 to $65 depending on the details and size of the design. Larger orders will not be charged a set-up fee. The setup fee is a one-time charge. We will keep the file for future orders. Colors in the design do not affect the cost with embroidery. However, an important factor in quoting embroidery projects is how many stitches are in the design. The more stitches in a design and the longer it takes for the embroidery to be completed. Embroidering in more than one location increases your cost as well.
Where are custom embroidery orders created?
All custom embroidered apparel orders are created in-house. We have multiple commercial embroidery machines in our warehouse. Our current embroidery staff has a combined 18 years of embroidery experience.
Can I order one more custom embroidered item after the original order has been completed?
You can order one more item after your order has been completed. However, the price of a single item will not be the same price as the order with the larger quantity. Contact us for a quote, production time, and details.
What is the minimum order?
With custom embroidered apparel, there is not a minimum quantity requirement.
What is your return policy on custom embroidered apparel or accessories?
Your order was custom-created just for you. Because it was a customized order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a defect in your order, we will repair or replace the item within 7 business days of receipt. If any items are missing from your order, it must be reported within 7 business days of receipt.
When can I expect the embroidery order to be completed?
It depends…when do you need the order completed? Let us know the date you need the order completed and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline. Ideally, we need 10 business days. This gives us time to order the product, set up the design, and embroider the order. However, depending on the current workload and the availability of the items in your order, we are often able to complete orders in less time.
Can I bring in my own apparel to be embroidered?
Our store policy is that we only decorate items that were purchased through Show Me Logos. We sell a wide range of apparel and brands that come in every price range. Search the online catalogs under the Shop Products tab on our website.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment including checks, credit cards, cash, and even Venmo.
