W hen it comes to printed apparel, not all T-shirts are created equal. Whether you're ordering screen-printed Tee shirts for a team, planning company uniforms, or looking for stylish merch for your brand, choosing the right T-shirt fabric is key to both comfort and quality. As the best custom T-shirt company in Liberty, MO, Show Me Logos is here to help you navigate the options and find the perfect fit for your project. Popular T-Shirt Fabric Types Basic Cotton Tees Cotton T-shirts are a long-time favorite in the world of screen-printed shirts. Made from pre-shrunk cotton, these tees are breathable, comfortable, and budget-friendly. They're ideal for event giveaways, school spirit wear, and everyday printed apparel that needs to hold up to frequent washes. Popular cotton T-Shirt styles include the Gildan 2000 and Port and Company’s PC61. CVC Tees CVC tees are made from a cotton and polyester blend, offering a softer feel than basic cotton and better durability over time. The heathered texture gives them a modern look, and the polyester helps reduce shrinkage and fading. If you're looking for stylish, affordable printed apparel, CVC tees are a top choice. Popular CVC T-shirt styles include Next Level’s 6210 and Bella Canvas 3001CVC. Tri-Blend Tees Tri-blend shirts combine cotton, polyester, and rayon for a super-soft, lightweight feel. The addition of rayon gives these tees a slight stretch, making them ideal for premium company uniforms, retail merchandise, or any setting where comfort and a modern look matter. Tri-blends are especially popular for lifestyle brands and athleisure wear. Popular Tri-Blend styles include Next Level’s style number 3413 and Bella Canvas style number 6010 Performance Tees Performance T-shirts are made from moisture-wicking polyester, designed to keep you cool and dry. These are perfect for sports teams, gym staff, and outdoor events. Performance tees are lightweight, fast-drying, and a smart option for any business or organization that wants high-function printed apparel. Popular Performance styles include Badger's 4120 and Sport Tek’s ST350. At Show Me Logos, we sell a variety of brands with a variety of price points. Search our online catalogs at the bottom of our website or visit our showroom to choose the T-shirt style that works best for your custom T-shirt project. T-Shirt Trivia: Quick Facts • Why is it called a T-shirt? The name comes from the garment’s T-shaped design. Originally worn as an undershirt, it has evolved into a fashion staple. • Who made the T-shirt famous? Marlon Brando and James Dean both helped popularize the plain white tee on screen, turning it into a symbol of effortless cool. • When was the first T-shirt made ? The T-shirt dates back to the early 1900s when the U.S. Navy adopted it as standard-issue undershirts. Why Choose Show Me Logos? Embroidery's Seamless Thread Through History
By Cara Neely May 23, 2024
Happy Birthday to me. This is a milestone birthday with a number that surprises me. How did I get here and where did the time go? To celebrate this big day, allow me to wear a crown and regal you with a story. A couple of weeks ago, a customer came into the shop to pick up her order. At first, I couldn’t find it and was in a bit of a panic. I figured out that one of the Show Me Logos team members moved it from the shelf to the table. Great… T-shirt emergency resolved. I gave this customer her order with apologies and a smile on my face. Fast forward 3 days later and this fellow female business owner takes the time to give my business a negative review spelling out how I did not make her feel special when I picked up her order. When I saw that review, my heart sank. I played that situation repeatedly in my mind and still did not come up with why I deserved this negative review. During this pity party, I got a random call from Eddie.
